2020 Parking Permit Information Sheets (Please have these into Security the week of Dec. 16 - 20)
Hello Everyone!
It is time to get your Parking Permit Information Sheets done for 2020, We will be getting these swapped out before January 1st, 2020 so that any car without a 2020 sticker will be given a warning to get switched and then next warning will be PDR. You have from now until the week of December 16 – 20, and can get the new passes, please put them on right away and do not wait.
This year will also be slightly different from ones in the past, we are collecting your 2019 passes, so for you to get your 2020 passes you need to hand back the 2019 passes. So next steps:
Step 1 – Fill out attached form for the vehicles you plan on using in 2020
Step 2 – Collect 2019 passes
Step 3 – Dec. 16 – 20 make sure to go to security and hand in your forms and old passes to collect the new ones
Step 4 – Place new parking stickers on vehicle ASAP
There will be a handout given with the badges if needed that tells you the correct location for passes and how to attach, however if you still have questions please direct those to Clint Herrick, Security Manager and he can assist beyond that.
