2) If you have a CCC Network account and CCC Email account, please click here to submit a helpdesk ticket, Log in using your CCC Network userid and password. Licensed Network User Service Portal
a. Cick on “log in with SSO”

c. Password: CCC Network password
Click on “IT Help Desk” under “Recommended for you” section

3) Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible and click submit.
