New 2019 CCC Service Program
With CLIMB announcing our new Volunteer Service Program for 2019, we wanted to also provide a new Volunteer Attendance Form which incorporates the volunteer participant waiver and the volunteer hours for payroll processing under the new Volunteer Service Program. This form is now attached for your utilization.
